To address the need for consistent and reliable Nitrogen supply, Brian opted for a comprehensive solution - a high pressure Pneumatech
Nitrogen PPNG Skid 12 HE package for their laser cutting application. This included: The compact and sturdy base frame contains a
complete high-pressure nitrogen generation system: a VSD compressor, a high-pressure booster, a premium PSA nitrogen generator, and all
necessary air and nitrogen storage and treatment. This turnkey set-up not only ensured a continuous nitrogen supply but also allowed our
customer's business to operate 27/5 without worry about interruptions due to oxygen shortages.
Installation and commissioning of the containerized solution was achieved and the Pneumatech Nitrogen Skid has been currently operating
"flawlessly", currently production between 99.995% and 99.999% purity.
As a result of this strategic investment Cut Fold NZ has seen a significant saving on costs and energy reduction, and are accompanied
by newfound independence from third-party suppliers, providing the customer with full control over their production capacity.
Additionally, the switch to an in-house nitrogen supply system led to a reduction in the environmental impact of truck deliveries of
liquid nitrogen (LIN). Furthermore, the energy-efficient solution implemented not only contributed to sustainability goals but also
resulted in significant savings in production costs overall. This holistic approach not only optimised operational efficiency but also
underscored the company's commitment to environmental stewardship and cost-effectiveness.
