The health and well-being of our people are vital to us, which is why we set very ambitious standards for workplace safety. We promote a healthy and active lifestyle and encourage a healthy work-life balance. Coming into winter, its more important than ever to make sure our team are feeling well!

Wellbeing is a sustainable state of feeling good and functioning well in our lives and in our work. Achieving this requires a sense of wellbeing physically, mentally, socially, and purposefully (i.e., investing time and energy in things that truly motivate).

One way of understanding wellbeing is how well you are able to THRIVE โ€“ feel positive emotions, function well in your team(s), develop personally and professionally, respond to challenges, and make meaning in your personal and work life โ€” even as things change.






Making sure our team are feeling well


As  the climate slowly gets cooler we know that out favourite season winter is here. This is the season of eating healthier, enjoying seasonal produce and enjoying more and more outdoor activities. However, a sudden drop of temperature may also bring along seasonal ailments which especially affects the elderly, young children and those who already suffer from co-morbidities.

This season increases incidents of cold, cough, flu and for this reason we highlight the importance to our team of getting a flu shot to protect themselves and their loved ones. We offer free flu shots to our team to encourage our team to stay healthy over winter. 



For the past five years, we have offered a delivery of fresh fruits each week to our premises around the country, not just in winter, but all throughout the year. This provides numerous advantages for your workplace. Not only is fresh fruit delicious, there are a whole load of long and short-term benefits that come from eating fruit at work, such as: 


Supporting employee wellbeing

The Atlas Copco Group believes that supporting employee wellbeing is a critical component of our culture and success. To this end, the Atlas Copco Group has developed a Wellbeing Framework that is designed to establish a common language about wellbeing and a structure to support employee wellbeing throughout the Group; and help us facilitate wellbeing initiatives to our team. 

We also support our team with Learning Link. Learning Link is our one stop shop for learning and competence development. Our team have a learning platform available to them throughout their work week, which has many trainings and learnings covering many different topics. In this case, there are learnings that cover the wellbeing framework here. 

Learning Link is our group-wide learning management system where we offer a wide range of learning activities. Apart from our own courses, you have access to more than 15, 000 LinkedIn Learning courses and videos covering everything from automation and artificial intelligence to business or creative topics โ€“ and our team can learn on the go, anytime, anywhere! 

The Group also are part integral part of the flow, facilitating learning sessions via email invitations which are held over video conferencing, where our team can join in and learn about wellbeing and opportunities to utilise their health.
