In Q4 Ash Air rolled out a nationwide Circles training program, led by our General Manager, Pompilio. It was an opportunity to educate and encourage the team to learn more about our vision and purpose. The Book about the Atlas Copco Group was provided to every team member. It provides guidance on our values and behaviour, as well as directions for our strategy and structure. It establishes our most important business concepts and describes how we add value for all stakeholders.
