just like that, 2022 is coming to a close. And what a year it has been!
We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support throughout 2022.
We look forward to continuing to supply you with our industry-leading products and trusted services now and in the future. Wishing
you and your team a safe and happy holiday season.
This year is the first since COVID where we have been able to see and get back to a normality in how we organise ourselves as a team.
With that , we have taken forward many of the skills found in the toolkit that such a pandemic brought about.
For example, the standardisation of Microsoft Teams as a daily software used by our team members all over the country to easily chat,
video call and have meetings easily not just internally but externally as well. We may have team members all over the country, but we are
closer than ever in regards to our communication!
In this dynamic and changing environment, we continue to learn as a team and this year, we had a focus on face to face trainings
now we were able to resume with in person proximities without restriction. This included FSE competence trainings, as well as the national
Ash Air Sales Event held in November.

This year, EMEX was able to come into fruition after being rescheduled twice due to COVID-19. This year, EMEX, New Zealand's largest
industrial trade show was held in May. It was an epic three days, with a team of regional sales engineers answering questions and
meeting many new prospective and current customers! Our team also visited and continued to provide exceptional service to our many
long-standing clients based throughout the country! We were proud to celebrate a 10 year partner with MIT Manukau Institute of Technology
this year as well:
